The apartment was well equipped, a short walk away from the centre, but near to a boulangerie that sold great bread and croissants. There was also a small supermarket nearby for emergencies.

The apartment is located on a narrow road, near to a main road and factory, but we did not hear any noise from either with the double glazing. -
On arrival we were met by a girl called Sylvia, who was very friendly & very helpful, even giving us her mobile number in case we needed to ask her anything or needed help!! The apartment was how it was described on letsbookhotel.com, it was comfortable and clean with everything we needed & a well equipped kitchen. It was in a quiet residence street about 5mins walk to the supermarket & maybe 10mins to the old town. We had a very enjoyable stay & would use the apartments again!!

Location is right in the middle of the city but you can't drive to
it. Parking was a nightmare to find on a Friday afternoon and was
located a short distance up a hill from the hotel. We didn't mind

The Palais de l'isle was a wonderful experience, from the helpful and very friendly staff to the immaculately clean room which was overlooking the canal where we could watch the street entertainers from the comfort of our room. If we were returning to Annecy it would definitely be to stay at this hotel.

Quiet, attractive position,pleasant lakeside walk of 20 minutes to town,no need to use car to get to town - A prime location just far enough away from the town to work up an appetite as you walk to the centre (10 mins). An excellent view, and good parking.

This is a real character apartment in the middle of a very historic town. A very warm welcome and helpful guidance for our stay was given by Stephane, the owner. The flat has everything you'd want, and more, and it is high quality. Great weekly food market a few yards away with outstanding quality foods! -

Staff was very helpful. Printed off information on the current weather condition on place to travel--we did not speak French staff spoke English for us. Staff friendly and helpful - He breakfast was excellent. As was the room. The location and riversidewalk into the old town was wonderful

The apartment was beautiful, overlooking the canal and the huge windows let in rays of light and sunshine. The apartment was spotless and well designed. Emilie was wonderful to deal with and Annecy is genuinely delightful! It is a place I would love to re-visit and if ever I am in the region I definitely will. -

The location was excellent. Nice room with lovely view on the canal. Staff friendly and very helpful. Excellent after-stay service: I forgot my iPhone at the reception during check-out and when I called back to check if they had found it, they confirmed and sent it right away by mail! That was lovely and very efficient!
