We loved this place! The apartment was really cool, exactly how it is in the photos. There is everything you need if you want to self cater, or it is in the middle of a pedestrian street with lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Mother and daughter getaway-this place was a great escape from the city for a couple of days - the lake was clear and ultra blue, set off by the impressive alps in the background. Having an apartment with cooking facilities let us take full advantage of the amazing fresh food markets in to nearby square- a nice rest from restaurants when travelling. The apartment is thoughtfully appointed.
Murielle was friendly, professional and accomodating. The Flat is in an ambiant neighborhood close to nice shops and cafes but still not too noisy. Love the bikes and beautiful staircase! Also the espresso machine! Attention to kitchette supplies and bathroom design impressive. Would stay here again when in Annecy!.
While only a studio, it was well designed (recently renovated) to make use of what space there was.
High standard of furnishings and fittings; a bright and colourful studio. There seemed to be plenty of space without feeling cramped.
The host was very friendly and helpful, and spoke English.

Access from the street and up the one flight of stairs was a a bit unsettling, but when the door to the studio opened it was like colour coming to the Wizard of Oz - such a contrast and an oasis in such an old building.

Driving in Annecy is 'interesting'. This is old town with a lot of one-way, no entry, no turn restrictions. Without Murielle's help I would not have found the apartment.
It's difficult to unload your luggage from nearby, due to the pedestrian area and the one-way streets surrounding it.
