We loved the hotel, the staff was as nice as it can be. It was the best 3 star hotel we visited. Extremely impressed. As clean as it can be, It should be a 4 star for sure. Will come back and recommend it highly!. Friendly staff and the good pool and garden facilities made it a relaxing stay. Location is handy for the old town. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The grounds were absolutely beautiful. The pool area and baths were verynice and the restaurant was excellent.it was very relaxing and tranquil despite being close to the centre of Aix. the staff we met were helpful, the rooms very clean and the spa facililities were super. We liked everything. Nice Spa, exercise room area. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room. No noise.Beautiful pool.clean, well equiped and good service. Excellent location. Balcony. Staff was helpful and friendly (they were kind about my poor French), the room was clean, beds comfortable........I felt very comfortable there.Fabulous hotel. The pool, jacuzzi and hammam were great. Car parking was easy too, very close but 10euros a day so expensive if staying for a few days.staff and situation. It is so nice that gusts can use the spa. It may have been my mistake, but I was not aware that the breakfast was extra charge. It would be nice to be reminded by the arrival and when giving out the breakfast tickets.The signage to the pool and facilities was very poor. My husband and Ifound that the signage could have been better marked.breakfast was overpriced and not particularly good -. Not a pretty looking building from the old town entrance.Slow at reception to check in and check out could do with two staff as it is a busy hotel.Some corrections had to be made with the invoices of the group. These mistakes were related to administrative control and not on purpose.No tea making facilities in bedrooms. I did not take advantage of the breakfast provided -- I thought it was quite expensive. But I would have liked to purchase just a coffee and a croissant......perhaps that was available to me but I didn't check -- I didn't want to pay the 15 euros.Can not full spa facility without paying for beauty treatment. The only thing I was disappointed about was the swimming pool - beautiful and huge, but with loads of pigeons! These birds are a source of disease and a Hotel like this, with such a nice spa, should be doing something about it.The prices were a little high for a 3* hotel but then Aix en Provence is expensive.Some hours after check in received call asking why we had not arrived! Following day had to request that room was serviced, as had not been done by 3pm.cost of continental breakfast on top of room rate was high. rooms. Yes, we checked in at 17.45 and one of the two rserved rooms was not yet availble - after a whole day driving we were upset. After dinner we had a drink in the garden and retired at 21.20. My wife finished her drink in the lobby and left her wine glass there. At 23.15, when er are fast asleep we got an agitated phone call from a member of staff asking where the ''missing'' wine glass was. Not amus. It was quite expensive compared to comparable hotels in other cities, but it was the height of summer.we didn't have any hot water for almost 2 days. , but I was worried about the security, because a technicien came in the room without any notice in advance, and there was no chains to close the door from inside the room.service in restaurant. Spa was closed.
