It was a very convieinent location being a flight traveller and lots of good things about it .   Stayed there 3 nights while we went to le mans to watch the motogp. Close to motorway and airport. In comercial area, lots of shops, restaurants, etc. Clean and comfortable hotel. Great value for money with excellent service, would definetly stay there again if we pass through france. - Despite the slightly amusing name, this is a great little “budget” hotel. The room is not huge, but was clean and comfortable, had a small desk, TV etc. The bed was good. It is a “wet room” bathroom, again clean and perfectly functional. Breakfast was excellent value and the good selection set us up for most of the day! The staff were very friendly and pleasant and like other “motel style” hotels, the parking was good and free.

  I initially booked this B&B because of it's secure parking on site. This was perfect for our purpose, and much more besides. Our Saint Martin room was charming, clean, well designed and very peaceful. The grounds are charming and the location is walkable in to Tours. They made us welcome from the first minute, and did everything they could to help us to enjoy the beautiful city of Tours.   Eventhough the exterior of the hotel doesn't look as nice, the rooms are very clean, nicely decorated with all updated amenities. The room is big and bathroom is spacious. The rate for this hotel is also very budget-friendly. Overall, we really enjoy our stay at hotel Italia. The onsite parking was a bonus and being able to park right outside your room was good.
