The hotel has had a complete refit since my last stay 2 years ago and is simply wonderful in every way. The staff could not be more helpful or charming. The restaurant is absolutely superb and, though expensive, is reasonably priced for its high quality. A sommelier is on hand to help with the extensive wine list.

Staff were excellent! In particular the woman in the afternoons who greeted us on arrival. She spoke very good English, was extremely helpful and had a wonderful sense of humour. Very efficient staff. In literally 5 minutes finished our check-in, showed us our room, gave us the code for the Internet, explained to us how to come in after hours and booked a table for us in a nearby restaurant before its kitchen closed.
Very good breakfast, in an atmosphere reminding the visit to the house of a loving aunt.

Excellent for either a short en route stay or as a base for exploring the heart of the Burgundy wine area. Very helpful staff and quiet well appointed accommodation that isn't too expensive. Breakfast also excellent and although there is no restaurant the owners will recommend something local to fit all budgets. We will stay here again.

We loved the open log fire which welcomed us on arrival, before dinner and even breakfast. The staff were charming and more than helpful both evenings and at breakfast. It was warm, cosy and inviting everywhere. This was our third visit and we weren't disappointed !!! -
