  Lovely little hotel, very cosy. The rooms we were given were big and confortable, with a pretty romatic decoration. One of the rooms had a balcony with a view to the lake, a pleasant place to spend part of a sunny afternoon. The hotel location is nice and also convenient, between the market place and the fortress. I arrived much earlier and they let me check in, however, had to change the room which was a minus, but it's not the hotel's fault. As well, they served breakfast 30 min earlier (6:30am) on my request due to early departure. And the breakfast was great! =location is 50m away from the lakeshore

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and we were free to use the laundry and grill which was excellent. Our room for four has a bedroom, a small kitchen. All the utensils were very clea - Pleasant 5 min walk from the centre. The area is within beautiful old army barracks, nice old wooden buildings. Very polite helpful staff. Room was kind of small but the functionality very well thought. Absolutely clean and quite recently renovated room. I give 10 points for the value for money.

  We stayed for 2 nighs. The weather was bad. But cottage was excellent:more convinient, saune, wonderful facilities, fire place. We had a magnificent weekend. Thanks o lot! Especially thanks, the staff on reception! We got a lot of information about castle and museums that region. - Good location, not so far from Russia. Good value for money.

  Excellent location in the very heart of Punkaharju nature reserve. A starting point for biking trips or hikes. The swimming pool is nice and not really crowded. Breakfasts are ok. The place is really peaceful and quiet.
