  We stayed twice at the HCWTC, when we flew to Cairo we stayed for 2 nights then left our bags at the HCWTC while we toured Egypt and then came back and spent 4 nights there. On both occassions our apartment was upgraded and we were fortunate enough to stay in the same one.   excellent position,to sights cafes just outside hotel, staff friendly, spacious rooms, cleaned daily, breakfast continental and arabic, but having two fussy eaters, they ate from buffet - The location and value for money. Our room was upgrade and the view overthe nile and Cairo was fab.
