It was one of the best vacations for the whole family . We enjoyed the pools , peach ,snorkeling and diving ,food ... etc . Staff were so nice and very Professional . Rooms service and cleanness is excellent. Beach and water sports are one of best things in the hotel. Best value for money and had enjoyed every moment....

The hotel is an excellent choice in Sahl Hasheesh. The staff is amazing! From spotless cleanliness by Eid to service with a smile everywhere you go. The Sunglasses man Sabry kept our eyes clear enough to enjoy the incredible sea. Ibrahim took care of us every where we went. Hasan, khalid and Amr were very welcoming at the lobby and reception desk.
They assisted me with all my queries and i was very satisfied with their service and hospitality.
Waiters and other staff such as, Eid, Ramadan, Saber, karim Mohammed, Ahmed and Salah were very helpful and attentive to my needs. The hotel manager was also very kind and generous.

Everything. The hotel is generally very nice especially for families with young children. - Better service than in other hotels. I felt they were making an effort and taking that extra step toward better service. Nice beach.
