  The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect; close to Airport, and easy to access the city with out going through the heavy traffic jams. Room size is comfortable and well furnished.   It's a huge hotel with many restaurants. But it is beautiful. I had a lovely room, big enough to hold a dance in, and the bathroom was a dream. I stayed in the Towers extension and would highly recommend it. The half board package was great. I would stay there - The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bars with life music offer good distraction. The restaurants offer good food. The hotel is close to the airport and they offer a shuttle bus. They will come and pick you up at the airport and arrange your visa.

  There was an issue with the card room key system when I arrived - the staff was quick to provide a solution. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. - I was amazed at number of good restaurants and variety under one roof. Each restaurant had its own beautiful ambience, decor, lighting, and excellent food.

  I like the hotel staff and facilties and the comfort, but the hotel is fair away from city. - I liked all the restaurant choices, the hotel staff was very friendly, they were able to cancel one of my friends room so she could stay in our room for 50 dollars more and got a twin bed for her.
