  The staff was friendly and spoke good English / Swedish / Danish. The location is good. It is located very close to a metro station and it only takes 5 minutes to go to the airport and 10-15 minutes to the center of Copenhagen once you are on a train.   There are some great walks nearby, nice scenery. Staff are nice and breakfast was included. Free wi-fi - great. Pretty close to Copenhagen, but also a good base for exploring Lyngby, Helsingor and Helsingborg. - Staff very helpful and room was a good size and comfortable ..good value for money..

Staff was very attentive and helpful, and solved a lot of small issues for us (like lend us an umbrella, maps and directions, help to choose a bike to rent, print some docs, bring some extra stuff during breakfast etc). The service was excellent and I was offered wine by the glass from the bottles on the wine card. Unfortunately, the lamb served was red instead of pink, and I had to send it back.
