If you want fresh towels, linen or toilet paper you need to go to reception and ask. There is no TV/coffee/tea in the rm.   I liked the way the staff was available 24 hours and were extremely polite and very helpful. The location is pretty good as its near many bus stands and the metro station - The staff were really wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really nice too.
