They have their own massage facility and you get a discount on the famous spa castle. The receptionists were very professional and switched on. The restaurant staff were very nice and breakfast was superb. - The room was large and the location fantastic. They also let us keep ourparking and put our luggage in the baggage room after check out so wehad additional time in wonderful Karlovy Vary.
