Very large room with dining area. Comfortable bed. Nice to have a shower in a bath tub so you dont get the whole bathroom wet when you shower. The kitchenette is so large and well equiped we felt like it was a full kitchen. We loved the breakfast boxes delivered to us each evening. The location is perfect as well as the price. The Florens bus station is near so I could travel to Vienna and came back very late at night and felt safety. Pizzeria downstairs is also good enough, they have absolutely wonderful soups. Stuff was friendly and helpful. Kitchen with a fridge and a kettle is also useful if you want to safe money on food.

Nicole and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful the appt was beautiful inside very clean and well furnished the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spotless very well positioned for tourists highly reccommended. The weather was very wet and Nicole was so helpful in finding and booking suitable restaurant for us . The taxi transfer which she arranged was also first class and good value reliable . I appreciate a lot a wonderfull new reception . Excellent food and especially very helpfull staff in hotel reception and restaurant. Beautifull room furniture, very comfortable. The room has a soundproof windows and it is very quiet. I am from Hungary so I don´t suppose that somebody speaks Hungarian, but at the reception you can speak every world
