cicho, spokojnie, mało gości - It was absolutely lovely. The staff was gracious, made us feel welcome. It felt like old world charm. Of course it was expensive but it was definately worth the price. The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.

We loved everything about the Alchymist. We had original booked at their sister hotel but because we were travelling in a group of four there wasn't enough room so the upgrade us to this hotel. All I can say the staff were excellent, I emailed on how do we get there from the train and they sent a driver to pick us up and it was complimentary. The

Kudos to Albina and Alex did an excellent job and treated us like part of the family. The service was superb along goes with the beautiful magnificient hotel it surely was a very pleasant stay. It's a home away from home fantasy dream come true in luxury.

The rooms in 6th floor are marvelous and have unique view to the castle or the bridge. The staff was unexpectantly polite . The restaurant was high quality. - Very competent and helpful English speaking staff at the reception desk (especially Lenka).Very good waiters in a hotel restaurant and very tasty food served there..

Clean and fresh, good and prompt service - The most interesting hotel I've ever stayed in. Stayed in HoneymoonSuite and had our own Jacuzzi and whirlpool bath. Wonderful history anduniqueness about the hotel, great artwork and finish throughout.Excellent location at the foot of Prague castle. Spa and Wellness centrewas outstanding and again unique.

Hotel Location: One of the best, only one minute walking distance to the center of old city. Also one minute walking distance to Metro Station.
Hotel Staff: Smiley helpful and looking for your comfort.
Hotel Room: very small for 5 stars hotel but very well furnished.
Hotel Breakfast: Poor.
Hotel Room View: No view at all
