  The staff on reception and dining room where very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to be accommodating. We have been there before and were not disappointed with the second visit.   We had one of the apartments and it was huge! There were decks to sit out on to take in the view. Very comfortable beds, large bathroom, everything very clean and nicely decorated.Breakfast selections were amazing - almost anything you could want! We changed hotel after we spent two nights in an awful resort and were lucky enough to get a room in the Grand Hotel. Staff were really helpful and friendly, the food was lovely and our room with a balcony felt like a small apartment rather than a room. Thanks for a fabulous stay, we're looking forward to coming back!
