First the site. A beautiful small fishing harbour surrounded by hills covered with woods and topped by the old town of Labin. The water is crystal clear and it is easy to travel by boat to the Istrian islands like Cres. If you are lucky and we were twice, you can meet packs or families of dolphins in the srait between Cres and the mainland.

We found this to be a perfect place for a Croatian seaside vacation with super nice hosts. We had an apartment and it was fine for our needs; quite big for the location. In the morning the breakfast option was a great way to get a lazy start and pick up tips on the daily program from the hosts. Superb views of the sunset from the balcony in August

Very good location (directly on the beach), Malinska is a nice little
town on the island Krk, ideal for family with children, older people but
also young people (club and bars). Very cozy, nice, new and clean
apartment. The owner of the apartments was super friendly and helpful.

Our room (Deluxe double with sea view) was very spacious, brand new and immaculately clean. Calling it a sea view is a stretch but we were very comfortable and the staff were friendly. We would stay here again.

Marina, the host of this hotel, is really nice and give us all we need to fell at home.
We were 4 men, and stayed for 6 days.
Everything was very clean and new.
I highly recommend this venue to all of you who want to stay in Novalja. If you are looking to go Zrcè, this venue is the best one (Close to the downtown of Novalja, close to the bus station to Zrcè, close to Supermarket...)

Large apartment, really nice modern design. Own (small) terrace with see view. Free parking. Quick free wifi. Really close to the beach (2 minutes walk) and the main harbor (5 min) with many great local restaurants and bars. We liked and appreciated really much the gift champagne and wines, it was really a nice surprise, and a great start of our vacation to drink the nice wine on the balcony - it's very rare that you get such gifts in other hotels/apartments.

I liked everything about the apartment and it's owners. Excellently equipped apartments, new furniture, quiet area near center and the beach and the owners were so friendly it was a real pleasure to stay there. Would most definitely go back and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Wonderful unique hotel which made us feel totally at home. We changed hotel after we spent two nights in an awful resort and were lucky enough to get a room in the Grand Hotel. Staff were really helpful and friendly, the food was lovely and our room with a balcony felt like a small apartment rather than a room. This place was a charming, modern, clean family run hotel. They had a great restaurant with locally grown and home grown food, oils and wines which they served with great service and friendliness.
