Short bus ride from Pula which is also nice with island boat trips & a roman arena, etc. Owner met me from airport & showed me round Pula.   The owners were very friendly and even though we arrived late (at 3 a.m.!!) because we had car problems, they didn't seem to have a problem with it.   Modern design, a beautiful view of the sea, and an amazing breakfast make this chic hotel stand out as the #1 in Pula. It only had 10 rooms so our every need was catered to and the staff was so lovely! - We got a room with a sea view. Fantastic room. We both said wow when we opened the door.   Location is good with all the necessary stores close by. The place is clean and very well maintained. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We had trouble returning a rented car at a pre-appointed time. The owner was kind enough to allow us to leave the car behind at his place and sent us to the bus station. I would surely stay at his place - 1St timers to Croatia, great place to start our trip. Friendly host, location near the sea and great walking tracks into the old town along the coast. The apartment was spacious enough for us and had a small balcony. We cooked and the facilities were adequate, perfect for a 2 night stay. A supermarket is around the corner which was an added bonus. Its about a 15-20 min walk into the old town by road and bus station.
