This hotel is playing in a higher class (but also higher price range). You will notice their professional approach in a lot of aspects. We booked the superior room and had a magnificent view on Kvarner Bay. We were happy to have this room, the others looked more basic (and not having a balcony).

Excellent service, friendly staff, great brakfast, fantastic view over Kvarner bay, best gnocci with truffles ever eaten, bus shuttle service to town, excellent air condition in superior room (important in summer for those who prefer absolute quietness at night with windows and balcony doors closed), room design chic, superb mattresses.

As a man who has to travel too much, i can frankly put this hotel into my top three. The hotel gives much according to the price. Although it is building more than 100 years, the renovation is well balanced. Modernism and history lays side by side. The hotel is obviously old (as almost any hotel in Opatija) but I liked the way they tried to keep it clean and pleasant for tourists. The rooms are big enough, staff really friendly. The view from the balcony is great. 10 min walk to the very center. It is located a bit further than other hotels and just a bit away from the road which is good. Th

Extremely friendly, helpful and very professional English speaking staff. We were upgraded into G H Adriatic I. Breakfast was excellent, hot and cold with an outstanding selection. We were so impressed we stayed on for an additional two days on a half board basis which at 72 Euro was outstanding value. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.
