Location is good as it is right in Motovun, we went at the very end of season (mid October) so there was not much happening aside from some truffle festivals in nearby towns. Staff is friendly and helpful and it is a family run operation.

Everything. Hotel is well positioned with very nice view, clean, good wi-fi signal, staff is very kind and helpfull. Braekfest is ok, feeling that you have it at home.
Most everything, nice friendly staff, quiet, good brekfasst, godd wi-fi signal, so if we came araund, we will stay there.
Cannot reach hostel with a car, so you need take a bags by walking around 200 m.
