  Comfy clean rooms, pool was nice too! Breakfast was included in our booking which was great as could stuff yourself and then just snack for lunch (was cereal, yogurt, scrambled egg, hotdog sausages, toast with honey jam or cream cheese, cheeses, sliced meat and fruit). Room had air-conditioning which was very much needed! The room was beautifully clean. Location - Close to entrance two by car (walking would be along a fast flowing road). Food - breakfast was excellent - fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, scrambled eggs and bread. The hotel also provided a two course dinner for a set price which we found to be great value for money. Staff - fantastic and very helpful

  My partner, I and a friend stayed at Rooms Glumac for 3 nights whilst visiting the Plitvice Lakes! The location is perfect, being just a 2 minute drive away from the Plitvice entrance! The owners were extremely accomodating... a friendly man greeted us as soon as we arrived in our vehicle and was very helpful during our stay! Would def stay here again! - Situated just a few km from the entrance of the Plitvice lakes National Park, this hotel is ideal to visit these incredibely beautiful lakes (though the park is very crowded). The Glumac family know how to make people feel at home, in this nice and welcoming place.

  This family run hotel is a lovely house in a beautifully decorated green area. Everything was nice and well prepared. The room was quite big with enough space for the stuff. The owner was a nice and friendly lady with a good knowledge of German language who prepared a nice homemade simple but nice breakfast. The breakfast, particularly the coffee, was excellent. On the day we'd had a long hike in the park, our hostess cooked us dinner (not included in the room fee). It was very good value & I enjoyed one of the best trout meals that I'd ever eaten!

  Villa Lykos was a cozy little place with friendly and welcoming staff located in walking distance to Plitvice national park.   Very homely and welcoming spot to stay ,near the Pltvice Lakes. Igor came and picked me up from the bus station-very nice touch. - The owner, Igor, was very helpful and made us feel very welcome during our stay.   The location is easy to get even we didn't have a car. There are buses comes by the bus station 5m walk from the house. The gril who works there was really nice to us, and we had a great dinner at the house, it was really delicious and with good price. The boss was also nice too, he drove us to the bus station the next morning. Brilliant location, only 5minute drive to entrance two of the national park. The owner will give you a lift to the bus stop the next morning. Hostel is fantastic, nicely decorated with en-suite. We stayed for one night and would recommend this hostel if visiting the lakes!

  The lady that runs the guest house is really lovely. Very accommodating and helpful. As with other reviewers the husband was extremely helpful and drove us to a cash machine and then on to the bus stop when we had a little less cash than we thought. The family are delightful; the father will make you a delicious carbonara if you're stuck for food, the mother provides an eye for decor and a massive smile, and the little one is a ray of sunshine. The room was beautiful, clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast set us up perfectly for our long walk in the park.
