  Zalety: 1. Doskonały kontakt z właścicielem, mailowy i telefoniczny, bardzo miły człowiek. 2. Mieszkanie dosyć skromnie urządzone ale wszędzie było bardzo czysto i schludnie. 3. Kuchnia doskonale wyposażona - poza naczyniami, sztućcami i kuchenką wszystko inne co potrzeba: płyn do naczyń, gąbki, ręczniki papierowe, itd. 4. Wygodne i duże łóżka ... co mówią ludzie » w pokojach. 5. W łazience nowa pralka. 6. Dobrze działający internet WiFi. 7. Bardzo cicha i spokojna okolica, żadnych knajp i krzyczących, pijanych - Great location to the south side of the city within the city walls. Close to al the sights, bars and restaurants. The property is a house on three floors. Small kitchen, lounge and bathroom on ground. Bedrooms on first and second. Lots of space. No outsode space, you wont find that in any old town locations in Dubrovnik, but the top floor is bright and sunny. Close to bars etc, but totally peaceful at night. - The owner, Antun, got in touch beforehand to make our arrival as easy as possible. We then received a very warm welcome from Anna at the old city gate. She was really helpful, kind and friendly. The apartment is in a charming location high up next to the battlements. It is a building with plenty of character but has modern facilities too. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

  Location: Just a 3 minute walk from one of the main gates to the Old Town. Quietness of the double room on a very busy thoroughfare. Security: To gain entrance to the hallway and room, one needs to unlock a tall wrought iron gate, coming and going. Appointment and size of the room. The proprietor (Anika) has rooms available at that location also. Heads-up: The house number - A fantastic place to stay in dubrovnik! Anka and her family were so kind and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Bed was super comfortable and the location was amazing. There was no parking at the hotel itself but anka has a friend who lets her guests use her parking for a much reduced rate so that wasn't a problem. We would definitely stay here again.
