Our host Josip couldn't have been nicer or more generous. He picked us up from the bus in his car and took us back when it was time to leave. In the apartment he had maps and brochures available for us and he and his wife offered us coffee every morning! Josip's English was quite good and he was eager to talk and help with what we needed. Sunset room situated 10 mins to nearest beach, 20 mins to old city. Very Clean and views from balcony superb. Hosts were very friendly and helpful they went out of their way to make sure it was a comfortable pleasant stay. Extremely nice people. Coffee/Biscuits/Chocolates in the morning was most welcome and delicious. Laundry service excellent too. Everything on the whole was to a very good standard.
The view is so great, you can enjoy the view of beautiful Adriatic Sea and Dubrovnik old town. The owner of the house is so nice and friendly. The room is small but comfortable, you can enjoy the water massage when taking the bath.

The only small thing which isn't really a dislike was treking up the hill from the old city in the evening then the steps up to the apartment in the evening, it could be quite exhausting. Then again there were taxi's to bring you up the top if you so wished. Views amazing all the way!!.
It takes around 15 to 20 minutes from the Sunset room to Dubrovnik old town, so it is more suitable to backpacker and younger tourists, not for senior people.

Long walking distance to center. Especially climbing up the hill and steps after long sightseeing tour can be challenging.
