Bardzo dobre warunki ,Wszystko było na miejscu jak w opisie miejsca.Bardzo fajna plaża,mało ludzi,klimatyzacja ,dwa pokoje,kuchnia z pełnym wyposażeniem,duży balkon ,blisko sklep,wi-fi,komputer i bardzo,bardzo mili właściciele.Jedynie do dobrej restauracji na obiad raczej polecam wyjazd do pobliskich miejscowości jak Nin ,Vir czy Zadar ,co pozwala

The owners were lovely. The studio we stayed in was clean, wi-fi working perfectly, so was the air conditioning. Very plesant place to stay, with modern bathroom and furnishings and terrace. Very good location as well - the beach was 1 minute walk down the street, food store, cafe and ATM just around the corned. We had a perfect stay. -

Owners are very friendly and nice. Generally if you looking not crowded beach, want to rest, this area it's a good choise.

The place is awesome and Villa Batur has a strategic position. It is very close to the nice beach and the crystal blue water. The ATM, the supermarket, the ice cream shop and the post box are literally just round the corner and if you are fed up with cooking you can eat in a four-star restaurant next door. Beautiful comfortable apartment the landlady was so so helpful and even brought us gifts. It's right beside the best supermarket in the village and because there's such good kitchen facilities in the apartment we cooked almost all our own meals. The beach right outside the apartment is lovely too. Only downside is its a 20 minute walk from the village so it was a bit of a trek getting to and from the nightlife etc. i highly recommend this villa batur though

We went there in 13 of may, for one week. The season had just started, so not that much people. The hotel had a beautiful position next to the sea. The owner of the hotel, Sanja, was an amacing woman. She fixed everything we asked for. She also owned the restaurant about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. They had very nice food and very nice staf working at the restaurant. We had so much fun. I did not want to go home again and I will definitely go back there again. Soon I hope!

Everything was exactly as promised, including the sea view. The structure is located within walking distance from the water and central to Petrcane, which has beautiful cyrstal clear water. Staff are friendly and helpful. -

The apartments Luna are perfect place for family holiday, or those, who are looking for quiet and relax days. Very well located, everything at hand, walking distance, no full beaches, clear water. You will feel like at home in the house, its perfectly equipped, spacious and has a nice garden with sea view and the owner is ready to help you any time you need. Owners are friendly and hospitable and position of villa is amazing,... sea is so close that you have felling you could jump from balcony in to the sea...Rooms are also very nice, comfortable and clean..

by car to get there. The flats are in a very quiet neighbourhood, during

- nice friendly people (hostess speaks basic english, host only Croatian)
- big bed and bedroom
- close to Zadar (ca. 10 km), beautiful town with lots of ferry lines to islands
- close to beaches in places around (on foot a little far)
One tip for the owner: a washing machine or washing service would be a great plus.
