personel bardzo kompetentny i bardzo miły - wellness area - Airy spacious modern hotel. Food/drink inclusive and of a high standard - everything fresh and well presented. Wine/beer are local brands and perfectly acceptable. Not like dining in an intimate restaurant but very good indeed. Staff are pleasant. Hotel spa worth a visit. 40 mins coas

Everything is brilliant about this place: right in the heart of the city with a view to the ancient Forum, staff really friendly and helpful, dorms have large beds with a decor that gives you privacy with big lockers and ensuite bathrooms with shower and toilet room separately. Decoration is modern and colorful and common areas are big though cozy. They have a common fridge and microwave in this common eating area on each floor, but a well equipped kitchen would be great. The apartment was clean and well-furnished with many thoughts given to guest comfort. The hosts offered to both meet us at the airport and return us to the airport at a fraction of the cost of a taxi. We were close to the beach and to markets where we could buy food to cook at home or bring on picnics. Truly an excellent value for the money! -

The Batur family was quiet helpful in answering our queries. Apartment was clean and well kept. Bus stop is nearby - 5-10 mins walk. A further 10-15 mins bus ride to the old city. Bus is also frequent. a local shop is nearby. lot of restuarants nearby to spend a nice lovely evening. Locality was nice. Overall a good experience

Great location. The hotel offers more than enough free parking and
it's only a 10 min walk from the city center (old town) and the sea
organ which can't be missed. A beach is with-in 200 yards of the
back of the hotel and the rooms are very clean and modern and very
efficient a/C. Oh and the beds are a dream to lay on.

Extremely comfortable apartment situated close to all the major sights of Zadar and the cafés and restaurants. The apartment owners are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for them. Towels are changed regularly, more or less on a daily basis and they even provided us with champagne glasses for our sparkling wine when they noticed the plastic glasses we were using! Email enquiries prior to our visit were answered very promtly and they provided an excellent transfer service from and to the
