The hotel is very clean, comfortable and our room was situated on a quiet side of the hotel so there was no noise from the street. The beds are a bit hard, but once you get used to them ok. Staff speaks a bit of English so we managed to get by. Breakfast typical Chinese with some Western choices, but overall very pleasant stay at the hotel. Hotel also has booking agency that can help you book trains, tours, etc.
wszystkie opinie » Our family commends the concern beyond duty by the staff of the hotel. especially Rebecca Gel, Hannah Huang and Icy Xei. Whatever limitations the hotel has,the staff's sincere desire to help their guests makes up for them. The place is strategically located too near the bus station. Convenient location and easy accessibility. A 24 hours McDonalds is within walking distance, which is quite a comfort. The staff can speak English pretty well. Maybe it is due to the tourist center which Xiamen is. The hotel is really very good its like five star very clean and the breakfast area was fantastic i was please many type of food avail bread is made freshly i will visit again and stay there. Because of the exhibition we had to stay long as we had meetings afterwards. The economic price the convinient location were the most important issues. Room was OK Very friendly staff who helped me to get train tickets. Shuttle pick-up from airport worked fine. Good breakfast with lots of choice. The front office staff was helpful esp Rebecca.The room is very spacious. The room was clean and new WiFi in the room. location & price. location, clean. Breakfast starts at 07:00 and it's better to come early than late because the Chinese choices of food will not be kept very warm. nothing important and worth complaining. Hotel forgot to arrange airport shuttle on arrival, complaint was made and taxi fare was reimbursed. Note: for departure, airport shuttle has fixed schedules and not matching my flight time, hence did not get any airport shuttle service at all 2. need some patience to learn to operate the air-conditioning system in the room 3. hotel is a bit old, used cups were not replaced by new ones on 2nd day (needed to ask for replacement).
