the neighborhood is very nice.
certainly the most dirty place where we stayed in our 20 days in China. there were cobwebs everywhere and mats of the room had not seen a vacuum cleaner for months. there were even food debris left by previous customers. the bathroom was in dire state and one from a hole in the wall could be seen unmistakable traces of the passage of rats.
