It was probably the nicest hotel we have stayed in in China. The room itself was great and the bed was extremely comfortable. The meal in the Western restaurant was also good. Luxury hotel, excellent design, furniture in the lobby, bought for 18.000.000 RMB ! Spacious and very comfortable, quiet, fresh room. Big, clean and cosy bathroom. Very convenient to the airport. Many of the staff speak English. Massage spa is excellent. Hotel bar is an enjoyable place to meet and have a conversation.

Clean, friendly staff, the best Chinese owned hotel in Shenzhen catering for Western style clients, feels like a Sheraton. Excellent room for reasonable price. Sufficient services and possibilities in and around the hotel. Very good location. Still the best if you visit customers in donguan area - and want to avoid morning stress out of hkg or sze. The service was excellent as well the Food ,Staff was great. room very comfortable good location. All the facilities, services and luxury are present at the Baolilai hotel. The reason we stayed here was because we had a 0730 flight and it advertised an airport shuttle. However, the airport shuttle doesn't start until 9am, so this won't help you if you plan to leave at 6am like we did. We asked for a taxi to the airport, and they offered a car to take us for 40 yuan. When we again asked for a taxi, they said it was not possible to get one at that time. One day at 7 am I had been woken up by auto-wake up telephone and 15 minutes later once again by receptionist despite I did not ask for wake me up at all. I wanted that day sleep much longer but those two telephone alarms disturbed me very acutely. Such a stupid situation !. Not many restaurants near. It rained :-). Check out system can be improved, some sort of gate of fence system to stop Chinese guests continually jumping the Q. Very frustrating when you have been calmly waiting 8-10mins for your turn to check out when people go straight to the front and the staff actually serve them. Food and drinks in the executive lounge somewhat limited. no stay long enought. Small ground floor area for dining. all good. When ordering a drink peanuts and tissues are placed on the table but you only realize these are chargeable once the bill arrives. Same issue in the restaurants when they place napkins on the table.
