We were impressed from the moment we arrived. The reception staff were excellent, particularly Lisa and Ena. We were given an upgrade to a one bed suite which was lovely, very spacious, comfortable bed and nicely furnished. The location was perfect for shop, restaurants etc in the lower village. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. -

The Toiletry items were top notch Aveda products, the coffee was starbucks. the breakfast was delicious and fresh. Pool area was clean and beautiful.

I loved the room, entrance and friendliness of the staff! It was so nice to see how dog friendly your hotel was. I would love to come back for a night and possibly being my dog next time. We got a very fair price on the room and would come up for the same price again. My boyfriend and I for engaged over the weekend as we were walking back to the hotel and a staff member brought is to the lounge for a glass of sparkling wine which was very nice. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool.

The facilities are lovely. Everything is provided for you except food, drink and your own personal items (clothes, etc). Great heated pool open until 11 PM. 2 hot tubs one adult only. Underground parking facilities with elevators. Easy, short drive to Whistler. Very family friendly, we traveled with children 4 and 8, parents and us, grandparents.

Modern, clean and very comfortable room with fridge and coffee-making facilities. Great location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Staff extremely helpful and gave us some very useful tips for our onward journey.

I was booking standard room however I arrived late noon and they offer me suit with the same price. The room facility was good and the staffs were so kind and excellent. We loved staying at Aava! The best value-for-money that we got during all of our trips in the US and Canada. The hotel is very close to the village stroll, the shopping area, the grocery store, restaurants and the main lifts are in 5-10 min walking distance. The staff was very friendly and the room was bigger than we expected.

We brought our two dogs and they were each given their own "heavenly" dog bed, dishes and treats. The kichenette has everything you need to cook and bake! Our one bedroom suite was perfect - we could keep the dogs out and the room was pitch black so I could finally get some sleep.

Loved the Pool and hot tubs. The kitchen was beautifully stocked for all cooking needs. Especially loved the barbeque on the patio. This made it possible for inexpensive homecooked meals for the family. The room was very clean and well stocked with towels. We had a great time and will definately be back :)

The room we stayed in was amazing for the price (we know it would be more in peak time). We had every convenience we needed (fridge, ironing board, etc., etc.). The staff is great and receiving the small gesture for our anniversary is a nice touch. We love staying at the Hilton!!
