  We live in Vancouver and visit Whistler frequently. We like the location of the Chateau as it is at the base of Blackcomb and away from the late night noise of the Village. At the same time, it is only a 10 minute walk into town to access all that it has to offer. My wife and I love the Mallard Lounge late at night for a drink by the fire. It's one of those moments when we f - I loved the room, entrance and friendliness of the staff! It was so nice to see how dog friendly your hotel was. I would love to come back for a night and possibly being my dog next time. We got a very fair price on the room and would come up for the same price again. My boyfriend and I for engaged over the weekend as we were walking back to the hotel and a staff member brought is to the lounge for a glass of sparkling wine which was very nice. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool.

  This is a very comfortable hotel in the middle of Whistler Village. Front desk staff are outstanding....especially Ceri. They are all well-trained, efficient, and know how to make guests feel valued. House-keeping staff do an excellent job and keep the units sparkling.   The staff were friendly, the location is amazing, you're very close to the Gondolas! It's comfortable and whilst it is a little dated in decore who cares, it is clean, tidy and a great location with friendly, helpful staff! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all of my friends. I like the fact that I left my jackets in the hotel room when I booked out and forgot them,I phone back and they were found and fedex back to me without any problems unlike someother hotels i have stayed in the past! I would deffinately go back to your Hotel! it was a Fantatic time!
