The location of the hotel was excellent for a short walk to the ski
lifts through the town. The room was excellent, large and spacious with
all the facilities needed, esp washer/dryer and fireplace. Very
comfortable, clean and good value for money. A great hotel and
definitely recommended. -

I particularly wanted the upper village. It's location gave easy access to the main lower village, approx 10 mins walk. Our outlook over the gardens and chairlift was amazing. -
The unit we stayed in was excellent. We enjoyed it much more than a previous unit. Ski in/ski out is great and the location is quiet.

Sizeable comfy apartment with balcony, right in the centre of Whistler, overlooking main street, but no bother from noise. Nicely set out with excellent facilities, clean, parking available.

The personal sauna and the spa tub in our loft suite was very relaxing after a long day of hiking, and was roomy enough for two people. I enjoyed the fact that it was so centrally located to the Whistler Village. Everything was within walking distance and the bus stop was just over the road. The pool and spa were just lovely.
Above all the staff were fantastic. They were always helpful, kind and friendly. My husband regularly called from Australia and he commented how friendly the staff were on the phone.

This is a very comfortable hotel in the middle of Whistler Village. Front desk staff are outstanding....especially Ceri. They are all well-trained, efficient, and know how to make guests feel valued. I like the fact that I left my jackets in the hotel room when I booked out and forgot them,I phone back and they were found and fedex back to me without any problems unlike someother hotels i have stayed in the past! Excellent hotel overall. Kitchen area very easy to use and well stocked
with cooking gear. Excellent proximity to lifts, great starage for skis,
great Irish bar on first floor, great hot tub. The list goes on. Hard to
improve on all the great features this hotel has. Cleaning service is
far above average for any hotel at any price. -
