Wonderful Staffs.1) Paul & Putnee (conciergiges) both waited until 2:00 AM when our plane was delayed for many hours due to the mechanical reason. They wanted to explain the ways to operate the room controls and the wifi.

I loved everything about the hotel; the decor in the public areas was nice, and the rooms were just gorgeous, with big bathroom, lovely walk-in shower; bed was really comfortable, there was plenty of desk space; the internet was faast and free; and breakfast was veyr good too. I treated myself to a mini staycation to a spa treatment at the Sweetgrass Spa (just next to Ivy) and had a wonderful refreshing body treatment. Then checked in the Ivy for a comfy quiet stay. It's wonderful to the mind and soul. The room was perfect, the bed was super comfy. Will definitely go back for another treat. -

Trump hotels set the standard for this level of price. Not cheap but plenty of little things - chocolates and water each night (gratis), as well as slippers and turn down service each night. Fantastico!

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the time we walked up the front steps to the time we checked out. We had an issue with our room and it was dealt with quickly and with little fuss. The room we ended up staying in was lovely, very spacious and tastefully decorated. Hotel is in an excellent location and we were able to walk everywhere

You can't fault this hotel, it's one of the best I've stayed in. The rooms were large and luxurious, the beds extremely comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. The staff were so friendly, even though it's a large chain hotel it felt more like a small boutique hotel. It as five star all the way. -

Hotel looks great: large bedroom and bathroom, quick check in and check out, incredibly friendly and professional staff, great coffee machine at the lobby, good breakfast, very good shower (no bath, what I really appreciate), location, good selection of TV channels, available beverages and food choices in the room… It’s definitely a very good choice.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are very helpful, especially Todd from the Intercontinental Club.
I highly recommend the Club for its excellent business facilities and the tasty snacks. The room was overlooking the CN tower, the bed was very comfortable and the selection of pillows was excellent. The swimming pool and the spa are very nice.

We can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at the
RoyalYork. It was our winter get away the year.( Didn't have time
for an island trip ) We took the train to get to Toronto, so we just
walked across the street. The Royal York is so majestic that as soon as
the door men open the door for you, it is like walking into another
