The room was big and comfortable, with a lovely view of the scenic lake. Everything was there I needed, including wifi and coffee-maker. The breakfast that was included was beyond the usual sweet bun and coffee... very nice! Staff were all helpful and allowed me to leave an item behind the desk so my cousin could pick it up later in the day. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My room ( a deluxe king) was beautiful and spacious, with views into the forest. After a hard day of surf lessons, I had a wonderful sleep on the very firm bed. -

For the money what I had was literally a nice apartment. The tub was amazing with its relaxing jets but as a shower it stunk. It has a full kitchen with quality pots and dishes, not the usual hotel crud. Great and very helpful stuff. Romantic and interesting design - my wife was really impressed by the bath tube in the living room. There is no a TV set in room which is good for us. Finally, there was enough fire wood for the fireplace :)

The new estate of cabins in Port Renfrew is well located within easy reach of the amenities and attractions of the area, The cabins are new, clean, incredibly well equipped, extremely comfortable and attractive with well designed outdoor space that can be easily enjoyed come rain or shine. I love to cook and found the kitchen perfectly adequate for our needs with every kitchen gadget on hand.

The whole thing was perfect, location, comfort, tranquility, privacy and facilities. Proximity to hiking trails, beaches and Tofino downtown. Best place we stayed on Vancouver island.
BTW, the outside shower is really nice and we both loved it, plenty of water pressure and hot water. -
