arrival.Rhonda in housekeeping took special care that my room was well
provided. Satish, the manager was on top of everything and even drove me

Right from the start we were treated so well by the Manager. He graciously came and picked us up from town since we had flown into Ganges by seaplane. We were able to walk into and back from town several times. Later he drove us to pick up our adult daughter who was joining us.
He was gracious and helpful and went the extra mile twice!
The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fabulous. We also used the hot tub and enjoyed the location with the view of the ocean and the woods.

The room was big and comfortable, with a lovely view of the scenic lake. Everything was there I needed, including wifi and coffee-maker. The breakfast that was included was beyond the usual sweet bun and coffee... very nice! Staff were all helpful and allowed me to leave an item behind the desk so my cousin could pick it up later in the day. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My room ( a deluxe king) was beautiful and spacious, with views into the forest. After a hard day of surf lessons, I had a wonderful sleep on the very firm bed. -

For the money what I had was literally a nice apartment. The tub was amazing with its relaxing jets but as a shower it stunk. It has a full kitchen with quality pots and dishes, not the usual hotel crud. We used the Economy Room, which had all of the amenities of the others but was smaller. The bed & pillows were sooo comfortable; the washrooms were fabulous; the common area was ample with firepit and dockside access to the river for swimming in crystal clear warm water. Ample parking.
