  We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience.   Staff upon Sunday arrival was exceptionally friendly & helpful; same staff worked through a room problem with pleasantness and ease! 2nd room was great! 4 night stay could not have been made better by staff or accommodations.   This is a very nice, modern Best Western property. The attention to detail including the pet treats and wipes in the lobby is a very nice touch and makes pet owners feel very welcome.   Very comfortable bed with extra pillows. Our room at the rear was peaceful and quiet. Ideal location particularly for those with own transport.   Our stay at Beach Acres forest cottage was quiet and relaxing. Beds cozy and kitchen well supplied with everything we needed. Fireplace made it cozy and romantic. The opportunity to have a fire on the beach in the evening as well as the close proximity to nature walks made this a perfect setting for what we needed. We will definately return.
