Hostess Mieke and host Bob were the best-- friendly and fun, with good suggestions for gourmet dining and budget dining. Substantial Lovely B&B breakfast -- no lunch needed. Our suite, the largest we've had in Stratford. A great getaway. We felt very pampered. -

Elizabeth was very hospitable and kind and nothing was too much trouble for her. She makes the world's best breakfasts. -

Owner Ramon was extremely friendly and helpful (giving us directions to our wedding venue). A very lovely-looking, delicious breakfast was provided (after consulting with us as to our preferences the night before).

The Ritz Toronto staff was like no other Ritz experience I have had. Their concierge club room offered top notch cuisine and service along with a breathtaking view of the CN tower. -

The location was perfect - quite close to the Stratford Festival Theatre. The room was quite large and comfortable. We weren't there much because we were booked into two plays and three tours while in Stratford, but while we were there we were quite pleased. Nice and quiet too. I stayed for 2 weeks and found the staff very helpful and Friendly.
I would like to particularly mention Kristen who I found very professional and customer focused.
The room was comfortable, I would like to suggest you consider giving guests a choice of firm or soft pillows currently all the pillows are soft.

Everything is just excellent and above the expectations. One small thing that migh be noticed. I stayed at room 402 room which is actually above the bar. Big clean spacious room with mini fridge. Some of the furniture showed
signs of wear. Bed was comfortable. I chose this hotel because it was on
the outer skirts of the city. I read from other reviews that the city
had alot of construction going on so I wanted to avoid that. This hotel
is a 2 minute walk to the subway. Continental breakfast, WiFi and
parking were free. I paid $289 plus taxes for a king room. There is a
park next to the hotel. Food was excellent at the restaurant.

To be honest, we didn't check in until later in the evening, so we
didn't get a chance to use any of the facilities. But the staff were
super courteous and very accomidating. Our room was very comfortable. We
were a family of three senior sisters and our very elderly dad (90 yrs).
Dad was very impressed with the fact that he had his own bedroom and
bath!! It really was lovely. Thank you so much.
