We arrived around 2.30pm but had to wait 40 minutes to get checked-in. There weren't enough staff initially, then the computer system crashed. The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. The other commendable practice in this hotel is to respect guests' privacy, i.e. if one hangs a "Do not disturb" sign outside the door, the understanding is that the chambermaid will NOT knock on your door to insist a clean up (as is the case of many hotels). I really loved the setting---the lobby which led out to a series of pools----the site up on the mountain---the availability of the beach and all the activities. We also enjoyed the dinner we had there. The food was very good. -

very accommodating. I also loved that the hotel had bikes available for
hotel guests for a very reasonable rate. I also really liked that the
hotel had dvds available to guests to watch movies in their rooms at no

The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most
beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels
like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of
the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking

We had a great stay at the crowne plaza .There was a mix up in our booking and we had to wait to to have our reservation confirmed.The hotel made this up to us by giving us a free upgrade to a falls view room.It had spectacular views that we will remember for the rest of our lives.I would like to thank Trevor and Kasha for making our stay memorable .

I have been coming to Cranberry Resort since quite some time and really like the place. Like the fact that there is a salt water pool. Love the junior suites with the view of the lake. Staff is very friendly. The resort is clean and doesn't smell musty. Comfortable beds. I also like the rooms where you can open the window.

Everything is just excellent and above the expectations. One small thing that migh be noticed. I stayed at room 402 room which is actually above the bar. Big clean spacious room with mini fridge. Some of the furniture showed
signs of wear. Bed was comfortable. I chose this hotel because it was on
the outer skirts of the city. I read from other reviews that the city
had alot of construction going on so I wanted to avoid that. This hotel
is a 2 minute walk to the subway. Continental breakfast, WiFi and
parking were free. I paid $289 plus taxes for a king room. There is a
park next to the hotel. Food was excellent at the restaurant.

The location of the hotel is great right on the waterfront, you are in walking distance to the Rogers Center and the CN Tower, the hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment, the pool is located on the 5th floor and this is a lovely area with sun loungers and comfy seating and gets the sun for most of the day.. The breakfast is also lovely nice choice of fresh fruit, pastries and hot breakfast.. There is a tour bus stop across the road from the Hotel and booking office right beside it....

The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are very helpful, especially Todd from the Intercontinental Club.
I highly recommend the Club for its excellent business facilities and the tasty snacks. The room was overlooking the CN tower, the bed was very comfortable and the selection of pillows was excellent. The swimming pool and the spa are very nice.

My sister and I have stayed at Hilton Suites many times and have never been disappointed. On a recent stay we had a concern with the room we had booked and Bobby Ali the Manager on Duty quickly resolved our issue and we enjoyed a wonderful stay at the hotel.
