The Spa pool (whirlpool) was excellent, temperature good. easy to access. Gym was clean, and modern, with treadmill, elliptical and weights, which was great. The staff - reception, cleaning lady changed the batteries in the tv remote, the breakfast lady was always checking to see that food was available. Seems to enjoy their jobs and were helpful in every way.

I really loved the setting---the lobby which led out to a series of pools----the site up on the mountain---the availability of the beach and all the activities. We also enjoyed the dinner we had there. The food was very good. -

The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most
beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels
like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of
the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking

We had a great stay at the crowne plaza .There was a mix up in our booking and we had to wait to to have our reservation confirmed.The hotel made this up to us by giving us a free upgrade to a falls view room.It had spectacular views that we will remember for the rest of our lives.I would like to thank Trevor and Kasha for making our stay memorable .

I have stayed here several times and ended up staying here 9 days on this visit. All members of the staff are professional, friendly and work hard to make their guests feel valueed. The hotel is 3 kms from the Falls,overlooking the river and nicely removed from all the noise of Clifton Hills, yet just a nice walk away. The rooms are modern, clean

4th floor king rooms are spacious, very clean (Hampton bedding change policy is excellent), modern and well-appointed with small fridge, mirowave, free WiFi and good desk space.
Ample free parking is provided and the complimentary hot buffet offers a good range of food.
Coffee is always available.
The WeGo public transit system stops outside the front door so you can leave your car and take a bus to the Falls, if you don't want to walk (about 30 minutes).

was a very good deal. It is right beside No frills, Sears liquidation,
pizza hut etc...I Really enjoyed walking through to do some mini
shopping for myself..fairly maintained.. Enjoyed the stay there

Most important is a very professional -
the room was comfortable and clean. the pool was excellent. The exercise room was also quite good. The cleaning staff in particular were very considerate. I found it difficult to drive to downtown from Markham. I would like to return even for downtown activities but may have to reconsider that. But for nearby activities this is a fine choice. I hope the price doesn't change.

We were visiting Niagara Falls and stayed at this hotel. It's nothing ritzy but it was a comfortable place for the price. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The outside is very charming and country like. Location was fantastic. It was quiet. Friendly staff. We were able to check in an hour early. There was no parking when we returned at 11:30pm and the man behind the desk was quick to offer to move his car for us. we were impressed and will be back. We had a king bed that was perfect for the 3 of us with plenty of room. hot water was ample for the hot tub. Overall very pleased!

For the price we paid I felt we got good value. Attending the PGA the location was good. A Continental Breakfast was included and the staff in charge made everyone feel comfortable with conversation. Looks like some renovations have been done and everything was clean.

Although I had a letsbookhotel.com reservation number the hotel did not have
it upon check-in. Fortunately, there were plenty of rooms available and
I was given a free upgrade. Even though the restaurant was empty my

The staff where exception. We only stayed there because we were
visiting Buffalo for the day with friends. Now we will return for
