I meant to write 'enjoyed' last time. The staff are wonderful,
and the prices in the bar are fair (one time I had 2 guests, and we had
2 coffees, a dessert and a hot chocolate, and the bill was only
cad$13.00! And the apples at the front desk are very welcome. -

I really loved the setting---the lobby which led out to a series of pools----the site up on the mountain---the availability of the beach and all the activities. We also enjoyed the dinner we had there. The food was very good. -

I loved the king suite! we booked a king room but they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. The manager of the hotel was also very friendly and courteous. They also honored our late check out request at no extra cost. Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. I loved my stay! Will definitely book again! -

The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most
beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels
like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of
the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking
advantage of the Waterpark discount perk for being a Crowne guest. Also

We had a great stay at the crowne plaza .There was a mix up in our booking and we had to wait to to have our reservation confirmed.The hotel made this up to us by giving us a free upgrade to a falls view room.It had spectacular views that we will remember for the rest of our lives.I would like to thank Trevor and Kasha for making our stay memorable .

Visit my daughter and family every 6 weeks ,I've stayed at allot of
the hotels in London .This is the best one for the money.The outdoor
pool is heated and very clean! Large shopping mall across the street
,lots of restaurants within walking distance ,including one in the
hotel.Best price I found was with letsbookhotel.com not the hotel dirrectly.

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. The kids enjoyed nightly movie in courtyard #2. Though the big flower arrangement made it hard to see the movie for some people.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The every one of the staff members
were incredibly friendly, the valet, front desk, even the janitor! The
location is amazing. You're right downtown Ottawa, parliament hill
is right next door, the byward market is a 2 minute walk away and
you're also right by the rideau mall and numerous museums.

muted, relaxing shades. Front desk person was very helpful, friendly.
Had problems with the tv and the other front desk person came right to
our room to assist us. (It was a very simple fix.) We were on the
backside of the hotel so it was quiet. Room had recently been upgraded. -

They were very helpful, with regards to the area, and pointing us to what we needed. The office area was very clean at all times, and the breakfast supplies were readily available and fresh. We were given one of the freshly renovated rooms, which was very nice. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The location of the hotel is great right on the waterfront, you are in walking distance to the Rogers Center and the CN Tower, the hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment, the pool is located on the 5th floor and this is a lovely area with sun loungers and comfy seating and gets the sun for most of the day.. The breakfast is also lovely nice choice of fresh fruit, pastries and hot breakfast.. There is a tour bus stop across the road from the Hotel and booking office right beside it....

The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are very helpful, especially Todd from the Intercontinental Club.
I highly recommend the Club for its excellent business facilities and the tasty snacks. The room was overlooking the CN tower, the bed was very comfortable and the selection of pillows was excellent. The swimming pool and the spa are very nice.
