Front desk staff were very efficient and helpful, they even offered to help me carry my stuff up to the 2nd floor as the elevator doesn't service the 2nd floor.

Staff were pleasant. We were able to check in early and go for a long bike ride prior to actual check in time. Parking lot was clean (other than renovation furnishings), check in/out staff were helpful, and location was very central for our purposes.

The hotel is well located, close to Tofino, but on the park side of it. A handy feature is that the hotel includes boat tours at a discount for whale-watching and to the hot springs, which was advantageously priced for customers. The room itself was more than a room, but really a suite, equipped with a king-sized bed. There was a stove, and a fridge, and a little porch where one could eat. We only stayed at this hotel for only a few hours (arrived late and had to take an early flight the next morning) for a flight connection. The only front staff that was working at that time was extremely friendly and helpful. The 5:30 AM continental breakfast and courtesy shuttle to the airport were much appreciated.

The hotel rate is reasonable and its quality is decent. It is well located just outside of Duncan town close to Superstore supermarket, bank and other amenities. Five of us ladies headed up to Vancouver for the weekend for the Caribbean Festival and we had a blast. The hotel was perfect as it was affordable and close to everything there is even a Wal-Mart right around the corner along with Wendy's across the street and Starbucks right up the street. This place was just all access to everything we needed and only 15 min from North Vancouver.

First was the price - I am a disabled senior who must travel
frequently to Victoria to see my Doctors - I travel with my assistant,

It was pet friendly, had a fridge, had lovely green space, and was a 5 minute drive from the US border and only about 5-10 minutes to the beach. Many restaurants close by and very easy to get onto major roads. Laundry services are also available which really came in handy. -

I loved the laminate floors, and the room was very clean and soundproof as I have a hearing problem and checked with my neighbours to make sure they could not hear the TV and they could not. .The fact that the lake was across the road and a variety of restaurants close by, make it special. Nice view of the marina, quiet location, good beds, nice bathroom, decent fridge, nice balcony with chairs, outdoor area with picnic tables. Smoking is permitted on balconies, so that is a plus or minus depending on your preference. Easy walk to all amenities.
