  Staff up-graded us to larger room without asking. We requested and were given room high up, on 2nd subsequent stay, asked for room with alternate view and accommodated. WiFi worked well in room. Room large, upgraded, very clean, cleaning staff great, great view, walking distance to Stanley Pk, Canada Place, Gastown, Chinatown, downtown shopping, r... co mówią ludzie » estaurants, theatre. Frig & coffeemak - Visit Vancouver for several years and also stay at different hotel in downtown, Blue Horizon is my favorite. Stay there more than three times, staff is very kind and helpful, price is reasonable, room is big and clean, facility is convenience and comfort. Location is excellent, right down in the central of Robson street, good for shopping and also esay walk to the Stanley park.   The staffs are very friendly! There's a microwave in the room that we use for warming water. The location is around 7 mins by driving to the ferry port before so we can reach there easily before continue our traveling to Victoria by ferry. The price is good and it includes the Breakfast that's nice and warm atmosphere as well. I love the blanket... co mówią ludzie » and the soft pillow a lot.. - The staff were absolutely wonderful and so helpful. While travelling with our dog, I suffered a fractured ankle and ended up on crutches and in an air cast. Everyone from front desk, cleaning staff and breakfast service staff were very accommodating. Great service and such genuine offers to help from everyone.
