  Friendly service, the manager is helpful and gives good tips on the region. The hostel is clean, the kitchen is huge and very well-equipped.   friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - excellent customer service! - interested in their customers needs and opinions; very clean, good room setup, kitchen, fresh air!!!, secure parking, laundry room, even the floor -warm - I liked the fact the rooms had ammendies not often found in hotels.   How friendly everyone was apart from one guy who didn't really seem to want to be there in the restaurant. The lodge is beautiful and has a fantastic atmosphere - It`s right in the middle of the mountains, so it`s very convenient for winter sports. It`s very convenient year round if you are an outdoor lover.
