  Exceptional staff. I had issues with my Visa card and front desk spent 2 hours trying to help me . And always with a smile , very personal and humane. We stayed the first week of August, so we were able to use a pool too. Nice , clean and entertaining for kids . Very clean rooms. Highly recommend . We had really good time .   The location was fantastic for getting anywhere, but in a wonderful neighborhood that was out of the tourists area but trendy and fun.   The rooms were spacious. Love the King Size Bed. Great location. Although we were not happy about paying for parking we were relieved that our car was in a secure place. That is very important. The gentleman at the front desk (was tall, slender, dark hair and wore glasses) was extremely helpful (answering questions about transportation and location of attractions as well as allowing us to leave our bags on two occasions).   The staff members were fantastic. They attended to you whenever requested. The views in the rooms are excellent. The pool and workout room were incredible.
