  The staff was very friendly and rendered prompt service. They gave some advice on the metro system and points of interest. The location was great. Easy access to the excitement. The lobby was as clean as it could be considering the amount of people checking in and out. No trash just luggage. Everyone was always in a happy mood and smiling to everyone, and looked like they were ready to help their clients anytime!   For the most part, the staff were very helpful and welcoming. I was booked under the wrong name but the staff on duty promptly fixed that error and helped me check in. The staff member that I mention below then showed me to the room I was staying in and answered all my questions well. The other guests in the room were very quiet.   Excellent location ..very close to the main metro station ( Berri QUAM). The staff is very polite and friendly - gave us many free packaged water bottles. - Conveniently located near the Berri-UQAM Metro station. Bathroom was quite clean.

  It was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. My stay was neither business nor lesisure. My daughter was in the hospital. The hotel was close enough to walk there. - The receptionist offered me to explain the different sites to visit in the city and the map, buses to take, good places to eat and it was very kind.
