Excellent service from all staff they go above and beyond. The bathroom door has frosted glass with beautiful reed design however you can see through it so we contacted the front desk and they came up and installed a removable blind on suction cups which satisfied us completely. Great location, walking distanc e to everything downtown and the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. When we arrived our room was not ready but we were upgraded to a king suite and checked in immediately. Because of this we extended our stay for an additional night and had dinner in the Redwater grille downstairs - the steak was out of this world!

We felt very accomodated. We liked the fact that we were given the choice of reusing our towels and bedding...such a waste of time and resources to do otherwise. We had a number of questions/requests after the first day of our stay and they were taken care of immediately. Thank you for helping to make our stay so enjoyable!

The manager and staff were extremely helpful and made the trip that much more enjoyable and relaxing. Even though at first I was concerned as our rooms weren't ready the kindness and attentiveness of the staff made any such problem disappear.

The place was absolutely beautiful, like stepping back in time, and so comfortable. The owners were incredibly hospitable and helpful, offering so many little touches to improve their guests' stay, from bits of luxury in the rooms, to delightful breakfasts, to being more than willing to offer advice and tips for enjoying the island. I have stayed at the inn several times and i in enjoy the great location, it has the feel of home when you are living out of a suite case. it is the small details that keep me coming back as well the fish and chips may have something to do with that as well. i will continue to stay at the inn when i come to the Island. -

Location in downtown Charlottetown is excellent. Very clean, nicely renovated. Quiet. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice wine/beer hour in the afternoon. Breakfast offering is decent though a little awkward to eat at the sofas and chairs.
