Jay was the first person we met there with the valet service provided. He was so friendly and nice and remembered our names each time we met him. Gem in the forest! My family is 5 people with 1 infant travelling from
Thailand for 10days in Canada. This is the most impressive hotel we stay
in Canada because of its style & location! Unlike lake louise that
seems to be so popular, Emeral lake is a gem in Banff that we mostly
recommended. Even it's 1hr from Lake Louise, it's worth
visiting!

We had a great view of the mountains in Banff from our room. The hotel is up out of the townsite, so you feel like you are in nature. The room itself was modern and roomy. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and peaceful, which is what we wanted on this trip. -
