  We were 3 people in a 2 rooms apartment. It was very clean and comfortable, the air-conditioning was working. Basic kitchen equipment is available, so you can make breakfast or supper. It is not a big apartment building, so it was quiet in the night and you could have a good sleep. Food and beer is cheap. The staff is friendly and helpful.   The service was immaculate, the Water heater broke and they fixed it in just a couple of hours. They picked us up at the airport and delivered us there as well. The pool is clean and has a good size - you can get snacks, drinks and food at the pool as well. The room was cleaned every day, with new towels and bed sheets/bedding.   Very friendly staff, 24-hour reception desk. Within walking distance of the beach and of the Cacao Beach night club. I highly recommend this hotel if you're coming for a Cacao Beach party and looking for a place to stay - you can just walk back to your hotel and save on taxis (which are not really cheap in Sunny Beach).

  good location: central bus station is close to the hotel, beach is only 5min. on foot, clean and nice rooms, staff is frendly - Rooms were spotless, animation team very friendly. Turkish bath facilities excellent and value for money
