  The Nirvana is absolutely perfect - the best stay in Bulgaria! The manager was such a kind and warm lady, that we felt like at home! The vip room is so romantic with many details and the big balcony looks into the green garden and forest. We nearly didn't leave our room, so comfortable we felt in it.   The staff were brilliant -starting with the manager, trough receptionists all the way to the cleaners! Smiling, friendly and helping! The room (room 15) looks like a normal double room on the pictures, but in reality is more of an apartment - with a huge bathroom and a comfy bed, TV and a computer.   Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, great conditions, to my surprise I also found a computer with a working internet connection in my room! Would definitely stay here again. - This is my second stay here. Awesome room, awesome staff, like usual.
