  The owner and his family were very helpful, spoke English, made sure I was OK and drove me to the airport the next day. The food was very good. I had a shopka salad and kebabchis. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Plovdiv airport is very close, about 10 minutes away, and the hotel is very easy to find, just one right turn from the airport. The hotel also has a 1st class restaurant. Would highly recommend.
