-Great location in Santa teresa. Main street with lots of bars and restaurants. - quiet place (you won't have party here) - pool on the roof - sympathic staff. You can use the facilities after check out - very good breakfast. The people where very friendly, and although they don't speak english they were very helpful. Price. - only one bathroom for around 20 people (and toilets inside) - the owner doesn't hear the ring during the night so you have to climb the front door to enter the house... that happened 3 times.
