  Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel. We brought two of ourchildren that were allowed to stay in our room and the hotel decided togive us an upgrade to a suite.   The whole experience of staying at the Calis was excellent. Breakfast was wonderfull and served in the room which was a big help because we had our dog with us. The welcome was very friendly and we were recommended an excellent place to eat in the evening. There was nothing that we feel could be improved. Calis in a quiet but ideal spot as it is in the old city and very close to the centre. - Stayed two nights in African Room with our dog Charlie. Our hosts Lawrence & Daniel were fantastic...Lawrence booked us a vet for our return to the UK and Daniel drove us there in the snow! The breakfast was delicious...served in our room. Hotel is walking distance to everything...would recommend this hotel to everyone! They made you feel like family. Barbara & Richard
